A Girl Worth Fighting For!

Happy Halloween!!! (:

This week I decided to talk about a “princess” that was worth fighting for her country and willing to sacrifice her life for her family:

Fa Mulan (Was she actually counted as a princess? WHO CARES XD)

I remember my earliest costume when I was little was Mulan hahaha. If I could find a picture I would but it was so long ago. Wait a minute…

There you go hahaha wasn’t I cute? 

Mulan, to me represents the brave side of all girls that can tell them that it’s okay to be different and non-girly. She was trapped in a world where she had to wear extravagant clothing and makeup in order for a random lady to match her with a random man. She seems that all she wants to do is just be herself and be free to do what she wants rather than marry a man. I think she truly didn’t want that life as she felt she let her family down more than herself. That’s another trait I saw in her, she has a lot of respect and honor for her family. I think it is natural in Asian families that you are to be respectful to relatives and ancestors as we saw earlier in the film her father was praying to the ancestors for Mulan.

I saw her as one of the bravest girls I have ever seen in Disney movies. She was willing to cut off that gorgeous hair and turn herself into a man for her father’s health. In the movie one man from every family must serve in the army. For the fact that her father was the only man in her family, he had no choice. Mulan knew he couldn’t do this and that he would die. I mean wouldn’t you guys risk your life for the sake of your family? 

It amazes me that she was able to pull off being a boy for a long time. I wish I had the guts to be able to fight in the army. Physical work is not my best but Mulan was able to pull that off.

She also promoted self-respect, honor, and love for yourself and family. You don’t need a man to make you truly happy. I mean she did win the heart of Li Shang but it wasn’t realistically shown until the very end of the movie.

For someone who felt trapped in another world and be able to save an entire country from the Huns to me that’s a life changer. (We see that more in Mulan 2).

The music in this movie was even more awesome. I mean “Reflection” “Honor to us all” “True to your heart” by 98 DEGREES!!!! It can’t get better for 90s music hahaha.

Tale as Old as Time...

Hola Disney lahvahs from another mother xD

Here is another blog about another Disney princess. I thought I would talk about one that was true to herself even though everyone else was different and fell in love for the right reasons rather than just from one dance at the ball:

 Belle (isn’t she beautiful?)

I don’t know if you guys noticed but the reason why she wore BLUE was for her to intentionally be different from everyone else. Pretty cool yeah? Well I do. I always admired Belle’s courage to be different from everyone else. She loved to read and increase her imagination of knowledge. And she knew what she wanted and for sure that it wasn’t Gaston (EW). 

 You could really see her heart pour out for her father. Sacrificing herself for her father’s health shows true love. I think Belle didn’t see what was coming to her as she saw that she would be prisoner to a Beast. Beast of course didn’t see what he was getting into as well. However the dynamic trio of Lumiere, Cogsworth, and Mrs. Potts knew that this girl was the ONE, the one who will be able to break the enchanted curse that took over the castle.

I feel that both Belle and the Beast grew from one another. Beast was able to learn how to love again and Belle was able to grow outside of a book and into the arms of true love. Even when Beast was his beastly self she saw past that and realized that this man truly understood who she really was. 

Belle and Beast were able to see past differences and fall in love in a way that all people should, feeling both hearts come into one. The best things come when people and because Belle saw through Beast’s structure, she was given the gift of breaking the spell and bringing Prince Adam back into her life. I mean come on, come on isn't this super cute to watch? Everyone should see this movie or else you won't learn true love from these two everrrrrrrrrrr. 

I was also looking into the TV show "Once Upon a Time" and the Belle and "Beast" that are played make it so adorable and romantic to watch. As Belle in the Disney movie did, the Belle in the TV show was able to see through Rumplestilskin's outer layer and look into who he really was. And now they are married (:

A Dream is a Wish (:

Hiiiiii guys,

 I am backkkk for another blog about anything Disney. I am trying to make myself distracted only because my special person isn’t answering my calls and I saw THE BEST OF MEEEEEE which was super good/sad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Sorry lol but just had to point that out there hahahaha totally being ADD right now but you guys wanted me to try and do a personality blog on Disney characters. I thought it would be cool to do the first personality on one of the first princesses I watched from what I attempted to remember was:

Cinderella (:

Now when we first meet Cinderella, her evil step family totally belittles her just because they are just totally JELLY-JELLY of her beautiful soul that they don’t have the audacity to just try and change themselves (talk about lazy/ CRAY CRAY people, my goodness) I give Cinderella mad props for putting up with those three all those years. But just look at how beautiful she truly is. I mean through all the pain and hardships she had with this family, she still had that positivity that her dreams will come true. We can also call that hope (:

I honestly feel like hope is one of the traits that I have in myself. So many hardships have come in my way but deep down I still had that part of hope still enflamed inside my heart and I guess it was subconsciously there. We all have hope hidden inside all of us and I think that’s what is able to wake us up every morning, hope (:

I feel that her fairy godmother way truly her guardian angel because the stars knew that she didn’t belong where she was put . Being granted the opportunity to dance at a Ball and wear glass slippers I mean come on (: who wouldn’t want that chance to dance and be beautiful for one night? But for the fact that she even got to dance with the PRINCE (OF ALL PEOPLE SHE COULD HAVE MET) the first person she saw was the prince (: 

the things I would wish to be a Cinderella right now hahaha no not those things (: but just the moment of true happiness and love how they had it that night was breathtaking and something all girls should have once in a lifetime or in another. But isn’t it strange that right after the slipper fit they automatically got married?

WHO THE HELL CARES ITS DISNEY THEY GET HAPPY ENDINGS ALWAYS!!!

Anyways I am getting sleepy and my man still never called (Curse 5 hour time difference ): ) but who would you guys like me to talk about next let me know in the comments below and I can try make it possible (:

Hi guys (:

I don’t know about you but I’ve always loved Disney princesses from the moment I watched one of the movies (I don’t remember which one it was ): ). But it is honestly so hard to try and narrow down which one I really really really really like.

I think it’s Rapunzel (Does she really count as a princess?)

Since Disney made the movie Tangled, it counts to me. Not just her character but the songs that are in that movie are amazing. “I See the Light” “When will My Life begin?” “Mother knows best” pretty good songs.

Sorry totally side tracking what I was trying to talk about, I think all the princesses in the Disney collection are all beautiful regardless who my favorite is. I also find it funny that people label their ages on Pinterest to show how old they are in the film.

For example Snow White was “supposedly” 14 years old when the Prince woke her up.

Wow… she look very tall for a 14 year old compared to the ones we see today (guys we have seen the young teens today and how they are, we do not see Disney princess in some of the kids today).

Random fact about Snow White: I found out on buzzfeed that Walt Disney paid the actress who voiced Snow White to never voice for anything ever again because he wanted to keep the authenticity of Snow White’s voice, wow sacrifice for one movie voice over. 

Wow I really side tracked there, but you guys get the idea of what I was talking about right? These ladies are all pretty and each have their different personalities. Disney Tsum Tsum

Hi Guys!

So has anyone gotten into the game Tsum Tsum. It is a new Disney app that has you connect three or more disney characters like a puzzle and you earn points and coins. With the points and coins you will be able to buy your own "tsum tsum" to help you gain even more points and coins. You start off with Mickey Mouse and as you get more coins you can get other characters including Minnie, Goofy, Eeyore, Tigger. If you have 30,000 coins you are able to get special characters including Bambi, Stitch, Olaf, and many more.

this is how the app is set up. ignore the japanese parts, the left box is Happiness Box (10,000) and the right is Premium Box  (30,000)

Because this app is so popular, the disney stores now sell them from mini sizes to very big sizes. 

My friends have been playing way more than me and I am pretty jealous since their high scores are already in the millons while I'm still in the 500,000s.
